Our mission
Anti-Cruelty and Animal Rescue
The problem
An estimated ten thousand dogs live in Hargeisa, of which 99% of them are in desperate living conditions. These dogs are parking and sleeping in the streets of Hargeisa, dying of hunger, thirst, and poor health conditions. The suffering of these dogs in Hargeisa is unbearable. They lack basic living necessities like food, shelter, and medical care.

Advocating for better veterinary care for all dogs in Hargeisa. We want people in Hargeisa and the government to know that dogs are not a threat to us nor our religion and that it's our duty to protect and preserve them.
Helping these poor dogs requires more than empathy. They need your help to survive and live the life they deserve. We want organizations that care about dogs to step up and save thousands of dogs from dying. We want a shelter and food for these dogs. This project can be a life-saving chance for these dogs. Helping dogs in need means finding them a safe and temporary place to stay. This may include dogs that are stray, abandoned, or given away by their owners. Animal shelters aim to give these dogs essential care, medical treatment, and a chance to find a forever home through adoption. Contributing as a volunteer or making donations to animal shelters.
